Shipping and Returns

Packaging

We want all of our glass products to arrive perfectly and will package everything securely as we don’t want it to break in transit. For smaller items, these are shipped in cardboard mailers, larger items or multiple items are shipped in twin walled cardboard mailing boxes. We aim to use as much recycled or recyclable packaging as we can, items will be wrapped in a recyclable foam to protect the glass; we reuse any other packaging when shipping (especially any bubble wrap we’ve received) and use 100% biodegradable starch based void fill where needed. Please reuse and recycle our packaging where possible.

 

UK Shipping and Delivery Times

If it’s possible for us to ship same day we will, however we aim to process and ship orders received within 1 working day (Monday-Friday).

We are now offering FREE UK shipping for all items available on our site and use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as it is now more cost effective than Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class Signed For service. Delivery is typically 2-3 business days but please allow up to 13 business days at busy times of year. If your item has not arrived within 13 business days, let us know and we will do what we can to help.

*Please note that we do not live near a Royal Mail Delivery Office, which is currently the only place you can take items for the Tracked 24/48 service. We have to book a collection and this will add an additional day to dispatch times.


International Shipping

We would love to ship the pieces we make all over the world including EU destinations, but given the variable weight of each piece (from 45g for a small Christmas decoration to 600g for a pack of 4 coasters), it’s difficult to specify one price that covers each destination.

If you’re outside of the UK and would like to buy one or more of our pieces, get in touch with us and we’ll provide a quote for shipping.

For shipping to outside of the UK we will use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

 

Refunds and Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but in case you’re not, let us know within 14 days of the order. You’ll need to send the item back to us in its original packaging and you will need to pay for the return postage costs. Providing the item is returned in its original condition, we will issue a refund on the order.

In the event that the item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue, either by refunding, replacing or repairing the item. We may ask you to return the item to us for repair, please keep the item in its original packaging, we’ll send you a shipping label to return it to us.
